Customized and made-to-order outfits may require additional processing time
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

2. Delivery Time

Within Pakistan: 3–7 working days
International Orders: 7–15 working days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Delivery times may vary during:

Eid seasons
Sales and promotional events
Public holidays
Unexpected courier delays

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns
International shipping charges may vary by country

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services within Pakistan on selected products.

Rental outfits

an advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

5. Rental Outfit Deliveries

For rental dresses:

Delivery dates are scheduled according to the booking timeline
Customers must ensure availability to receive the parcel on time
Any delay caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer will not be the responsibility of Sassy Studio

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Sassy Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
